List of Political Parties Received Electoral Bonds from 12/04/2019 to 15/02/2024.
On 15 February 2024, the Supreme Court of India unanimously struck down the Union's 2018 Electoral Bonds (EB) Scheme. The Bench held that the Scheme violated the voters' right to information enshrined in Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution. The Supreme Court of India also directed that the sale of electoral bonds be stopped with immediate effect. The Supreme Court of India also directed the State Bank of India (SBI) to submit Electroal Bonds Information of Electoral Bonds purchased and encashed from 19/04/2019 to 15/02/2024 to Election Commission of India (ECI) to further publish the information. Details of Electoral Bonds purchasers & beneficiaries list was submitted by SBI on 21st March 2024, which was published by ECI. The same information has been published in tabular form.
